I would like to enquire about database(odbc).
Usually datatbase is used in either single document interface(SDI) or multiple document interface(MDI), however is there any method to use database(odbc) in the Dialog format?

If there is, can anyone help with the codings or give me some advice on it? i would like to know how to include the class and header files into dialog. I got a lot of dialogs which i think i need to inherit database class into individual dialog. it would be better if anyone could give me some reference or sample codes.

thanks.

Rexy - if your goal is to have the look and feel of dialog boxes then why not create an SDI or MDI but display it in a form view. This will create the appearance of dialog boxes and you can use multiple forms for data entry, record display etc. You can walk through the DAO or ODBC tutorial included on MSDN.

JC
