Oh no! Here is the deal:
1) On our new "report" database on Oracle 10g, they have "Database Guard" on.
2) With this on you CANNOT run reports at all. The "Oracle Bug" number on this issue is :4663793. You get "table not found" on every report. Its is an issue in the DB does not contain 2 tables that CE / CR uses to validate security (or something like that). All I want is to be able to run my reports. Works fine on our regular CE / Oracle 10g server.
