Database freezes, sending a report as attachment

Hi
When trying to send a report as an attachment, the database freezes..
I have tried using code to do a simple
sendobject but the same thing happened.
I would like to send the report as an html attachment.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What report? Are you converting it to .pdf or .snp first?

If i'm viewing a report, i click on file, send as attachment, it opens my e-mail with the attachment, and can be sent but then my database freezes...

Gotcha! Never used that feature; we convert to Acrobat or snapshot & attach manually. If it is a really large attachment, it could be problematic.

I tried saving (exporting) as a snapshot, that worked fine.. However, I would prefer as word or html...
when I do that, the computer freezes and I am still able to close the report window, but my employee is frozen..

It says at bottom

Calculating and at the right, FLTR...

I assume some code is trying to run...
If I used the sendobject method, it still did the same, how do i get the code to stop calculating?
