Database format of ACCPAC 6.1a DOS

What is the database format of ACCPAC 6.1a DOS?

A new, potential customer is asking me if I can help move their data from ACCPAC 6.1a DOS to QuickBooks. But I don't know the database format, and can't yet get to the customer's computers yet to look at the files and figure it out.

Is it in a Pervasive database? Or a proprietary format? If proprietary, any suggestions on how to pull the data out?

Proprietary. Use the built-in Export functions, or Quik Reports.
