Hi,

I am using VB6 and Access2000. For the first time I have come across a file containing data with the extension .wdb, I can view it using Microsioft's quickview function but I cannot edit or copy any portion of it. Eventually, I would like to get it into Access. I have the MS Office Premium Edition, can anybody let me know how I can open this file (I am not even sure of the database it came from) using the MS Office products that I have, so I can eventually use it in Access (the authors said they use Works (not too computer literate), I have not used Works before.

Thank You

Hey mans!

Man, this Works you heard of was some sort of MS Office embryo with a database program that generated the .wdb file you have. Try exporting it to access then converting it.You should have no problem with it since it is a Microsoft format supported by MS Access.
