Hi, I have a need to extract out the station detail from an Avaya system (migrating site to Cisco Call Manager). In the Nortel world I can run a full TNB into a text file and then run through an Excel macro and magically I have a perfect report. In the NEC world, I have to export out a bunch of listup files and then manually merge the data (more work, but I can get what I want).
I am told an extract from Avaya is possible, but maybe not the actual key/button data. This does not sound right to me as I know Avaya is very sophisticated and I expected ahead of Nortel and NEC.
Can anyone shed any light on this? If yes, instructions would be helpful since I have no idea where to start.
