there are two different domains in one forest ,
in the first one hosting the active directary account for user profiles to use in the PC's

and the other domain host's the same user names but for the exchange.

users use both of them , but they are in different domains.
but if the user changes password for example for the AD account , the same user's password does not change in the other domain for exchange because it is a different object in the different domain.

Is it possible to equalize password field when there is a change in one of them , or something to centralize the password management.

I think it should be already done in the industry, because it is a need for the companies who use different hosts for the normal AD accounts and the Exchange accounts.

Just out of curiosity why is it setup this way? Active Directory and Exchange 2000/2003 removed any reasonable reason to maintain a seperate domain for the messaging. However, what you're looking for is called a Trust. Use the Active Directory Domains and Trusts tools to achieve this. Lots of help out there for this...
