Database error - ODBC SQL Server Native Wire Protocol Driver - licence message

We are using a data direct driver to connect a web intelligence document to a SQL Server Database.

But after 15 days we got a message about need to purchase de licence. I didn´t know this driver need licences.

This is correct? Need informations about this please.

Here the messagem when trying to connect:

Erro de banco de dados: [SAP Business Objects] [ODBC SQL Server Native Wire Protocol driver] You can order a license for a DataDirect Thecnologies product for uso with this application by calling DataDirect Technologies at 800-876-3101 in North America and +44(0) 1753-218 930 els. (IES 10901)

You would have to contact Data Direct about this. This is not actually a BusinessObjects issue.
