Hello, wonder if anyone can help please. Now on the server we use Arcserve 6 Build 518 to back up the files. Now when I start up Arcserve it always comes up with the error message:-Failed to start Database Engine(1058). Now I have manually tried to start this database engine and it doesn't work. It backs up all the files on DDS4 and that works but it is a nightmare when I try to restore the files because I end up restoring everything from the tape. Does anyone know a fix for this? I have been on the CA website and they don't have a solution for this. Can someone please help.
