Is this a floppy disk you're talking about and you have a FDC card? If it is then it must be quite an old system. If it is a floppy disk then you'll need a piece of software called DiskDupe. This is because the disks are formatted differently (RMX).
If it's a newish system ie made in the last 8-9yrs or so then it should be a flash disk.
Depending on what you want to do it for and what disk you have I can let you know from there. Do you have faulty disk that you need to replace? Do you just want to make a backup disk?
Hmm, this is going to rack my brain. I have DiskDupe at work but will need to find a way to get it to you. It's also been 8-9yrs since I last touched a floppy disk system so I'll need to refresh my brain.
Once you get DiskDupe, format a new floppy in the RMX format, then put it in the Coral and that's about it. But I'll confirm tomorrow once I have the full details.
Do you have the Windows or DOS version of DiskDupe?
I use the DOS version. You need a blank RMX file (I use a file called rmxdisk.ddi). Choose the Source as this file, the Destination as A:, and select Go to Format the disk using that file.
Hope it works out with DiskDupe. It's been years since I used it so hopefully you can work it out with that file. If you have probs, let me know and I'll try it here.
What country are you in? How long has this customer had the Coral 2?
