We successfully moved data from an SQL 7 database to and SQL 2000 database.
The software, however is asking for two database devices to be created.
Is there a way to work around this in SQL 2000?

Database devices haven't existed since the 6.5 days. We now have database files and file groups. What else does it say about the database devices?

That's what I thought.
That is all it says.
I think I will need to address it from the application side.

Thanks.

I'd contact the vendor and see what the hell they are talking about.
