Database Design

Does somebody knows a program so that I can design my database??? Or can anyone tell me how he/she designs their database with?

Within SQL Server you are provided a crude tool known as Diagrams. Diagrams are found within each database when you open them up in Enterprise Manager.

The 3rd party tools I use/have used are a bit pricey but cover the full gammet of designing a database and beyond.

They are Embarcaderos' ERStudio and ERWin by Computer Associates.
