I recently upgraded my sql server and I need to convert my reports to point to this new server. However, every time I point to the new tables and propogate down to my sub - reports I get a memory reference error. The thing that is weird is that only my custom graphical reports do this, my text based reports don't do this. I didn't know if anyone knew of this error, or knows how to fix this issue.

The only thing that comes to mind is to open a subreport first and set the location in it, see if it errors then.

Perhaps you need to go from the inside out, I've had similar problems when this approach worked.
