Database Connector Error

We are having trouble with scheduled reports failing with this error:

Error Message: Error in File C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\Data\procSched\phb.reportjobserver\~tmp3e05cce41f38015.rpt: Database Connector Error

We are using Crystal Reports/Server 11.5 connecting to AR System Data Source (Remedy)
With ODBC drivers. The vexing thing is one day the scheduled instance will fail and the next day it will run- with Absolutely no changes made. Or I will see that a scheduled run had failed, then kick it off again and it will be successful, with no changes made. I have no idea what the problem is because as I said failure or success seems completely random.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I have scheduled reports doing the same thing. We have traced it back to the DB2 connection to our ISeries that houses the databases.

I have also found that I do not see all libraries on that data structure.

It seems that the ODBC driver for Crystal does not always work.
