Database connectivity problem....

When attempting to get a form to connect to an existing database, I'm getting the following error:

Server error: Unable to retrieve the list of record sources from a database
using the connection string:

DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=URL=fpdb/Crime Stoppers.mdb.

The following error message comes from the database driver software; it may
appear in a different language depending on how the driver is configured.

I've notified my provider, but they have no idea why this is happening. Anyone with any ideas?

Has your problem been solved yet? I went to your form and submitted some information, and I didn't get an error. That's why I'm asking. I think I might have a solution if you still have the problem.
