Database Connection errors

I use VI6 and DTC Recordset and NavBar Controls to connect to SQL Server database in an .asp page using connection strings.

When I view the page in my browser, using the SQL Server database connection and command objects, I get error :

error '80020009'
Exception occurred.
/dataentry/serverform.asp, line 28

The Access database gives me :

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'
Unspecified error
/datatest/serverform.asp, line 31


Please help out!
