Database backup.

Backup completes but I get this error on database backup.
Can't find anything on this.

E4116 07/31/2004 11:45:57 PM Unable to begin database backup. (EC=** no access rights to database [-39] (RUNTIME\DBD.C:406 - RUNTIME\DBD.C:406))

Please make it a little easier by giving the details, version of ARCserve, type of database, new install or old install, local or remote database.
