Hi to all,
The server cannot create backup from 5 months ago.
In DM.log appears:

21/05/2018 12:23:55 AM DM Return Code = 1
22/05/2018 12:15:57 AM Starting backup
22/05/2018 12:15:57 AM Database backup failed

If i use Database Manager, with password keys :
22/05/2018 2:56:42 PM Starting backup
22/05/2018 2:56:42 PM Database backup failed
22/05/2018 2:56:45 PM Backing up Micros passwords and encryption keys.
22/05/2018 2:56:45 PM Micros passwords and encryption key backup complete.

The micros.log file is about 7gb and micros.db is on 4gb.

How can i fix this??

Thanks for your help.

Regards
Mirko

i have seen this before. you can try recreating the micros.log.

Before you try this stop all micros services and manually copy the database and the micros log to another location just in case something goes wrong.

Try this solution only if you are familiar with micros products: also double check the file paths make sure they match (c drive or d drive) and change the sqlservername to match your computer's name like sqlmicros1

3700d -stop
dblog -t c:\micros\database\data\micros.log c:\micros\database\data\micros.db
dbsrv9 -x tcpip -n sqlServerName c:\micros\database\data\micros.db -f
3700d -start

Thanks Jimmy,
I'll try this solution and post
