Database ARC serve is not going to be update

After deleting some files or directories the database ARC serve is not going to be update and it wonts to backup those delete's files or directories. Then it writting the error "Unable to open file, file not found" and the "Session Report in ARC serve" is "InComplete". How can I resolve this problem? Do I need some Service Pack or have I change any regulation? Can you, please, advise me some

You could set filters to exclude those files from the backup or you could intialize the databases.
