Database access problem 1

A new ACCPAC 5.4A database has been created and only one person is able to access the database. The error message is as follows: The database profile for JVCO appears to be corrupt or incompatible. There is one user who can access the database on one client machine but anyone else gets the error message shown above. The same user who can access the database is able to access the Company on a terminal server session but any other user cannot access it. I am thinking it is a security issue with SQL. Any ideas why this would be occurring. We are using ACCPAC 5.4A for all modules with SQL.

Look at the table owner in SQL, it should be dbo, if not then you need to correct it.
