What is the best method in VB6 to access a database and why? Should a data environment be used, stored procedures or just SQL? Any information or resources would be appreciated!!

I think the best metod to use is ADO. It's very quick and very powerful. You can find information on it on microsofts web site or I'm sure there's forums around here that have stuff on it posted up.
