Hey guys here's the issue.
DataAnalyzer.exe component of CCR maxing out cp usage
Avaya IP Office 500v2 9.0.0.0 build 829
Customer Call Reporter 9.0.0.0 build 189
Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition, meets all requirements per Avaya documents.
CCR is the only thing running on the Virtual Machine.
The partition in which the Virtual Machine runs is 418 GB in size.
After a few days of run-time (like over this past weekend), DataAnalyser.exe consumes all available CPU resources on the Virtual Machine that is running CCR, causing CCR to become unresponsive. This is the 2nd time this has happened in about 1 month.
Any help would be appreciated.
