data_backup problem

Hello,
what version of MXONE you have?
How many LIM do you have? On which LIM fails DATA_BACKUP?
Open two sessions of Putty. The first session, run the command tail -f /var/log/messages. Note: You must run this command on the LIM that fails to data_backup. The second session from LIM1 run the data_backup.
Print the results of the first session.
It also prints the command alarm -p -f detail

It´s only one Lim.
The messages is
data_backup
Backup of exchange data
Backup of exchange data ignored. Data restore ongoing.
I have the alarms
4 2561 1 29 1 LDAPSUP Local LDAP server not running
2 2689 1 22 1 Rollback of ldap data has failed

B: Do you think LDAPSUP Local LDAP server not running mean there are no alarms?
It is normal that it does not run the DATA_BACKUP so it's unlikely to work something.
Try with /etc/init.d/eri_ldap restart on the master LDAP
Print the details of the alarms with alarm -p -f detail
