Data Warehouse Notification Error

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error messages during my notification process:

Data Warehouse Center message
SQL10007N Message "18" could not be retrieved. Reason code:"4"

System message
Error connect to socket, rc=10060

Is anybody familiar with the errors?
