We have new release Nortel CC suite/Applications (CCMS/CCMA/CCT) with Avaya Aura (New Release). This call center is working with Geographical Redundancy scenario

>SiteA is Active Site (or Main Site)
>SiteB is Passive Site (or Secondary Site)

>In case of Link down between these 2 Sites each site will work as standalone. Each site Agent activities/reporting/recording will be safe on their respective servers. Now when Link gets establish between these two sites then what will be the Hard Disk update/replication scenario? I mean Site A server will Update Data of Site B servers and Site B will update Site A data servers with thier own data..... and vice versa?? and after GR restoration update data of each agent will be available at each site?
>I will be thankful if you support in above query.

Can somebody please also point a specific NTP/reference document for GR Servers Data replication scenarios in new Nortel Call Centre setup with Avaya Aura?
Thanks
