I have a simple database linked to an exel spreadsheet. I was printing reports (class lists) from it without a problem until today. Now I get an error message stating that data type mismatch in criteria expression. I can't think of where else to look for the problem... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's most likely a corrupt record. Usually an null value creeps in to field someplace and wacks things. You can try importing everything into a new database and see if that helps. If you have a bad record someplace, it will probably error out on that table and that will narrow things for you.

Thanks Paul,

It took a while but I located the null value... Your tip was appreciated..
