data type mismatch in criteria expression - MS Access 2000

I get the following message when I try to run a report:
data type mismatch in criteria expression, but only on my Windows 98 2nd Edition PC's, I have one W2K PC and it's working, I did not develop the report, but the programmer also has no ideas. We upgraded to the new service Pack for MS-Office 2000. Any ideas.

Check your regional settings, especially date and time and make sure it's the same on all machines. Tyrone Lumley

Thanks, I checked it's the same, I changed it on the W2K a couple times to try, it always worked, any other ideas what I can check?
