Data Type function 1

Is there a function that returns True if a variable evaluates to a valid Date and False if it isn't a date? I remember using such a function before but can't find it in the Help.

Well, this is very strange...I typed in isDate and the context sensitive editor didn't pick it up...so I clicked help...got nothing. Now it works. I guess you did something to my computer from miles away! lol

Thank you for answering my "dumb" question. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it!
