Hello All,
I have a set of production tables linked to user applications using SQL Server 2005. I set up an instance of the server called Test and would like to transfer data from the production server to the test server on daily. I think I would use Job to do this, but not sure how to create a job for this task.

Thank you in advance. Any help would be much appreciated.

The best bet is to backup the database and then restore it to the test instance. If you don't want to move the entire database then use DTS or SSIS to move just the data that you want.
