Data Store replication with SQL server 2000

Bonjour,

I have set up the replication of data Store database using
SQL SERVER 2000.
Data Store is located on server 1
Server1 is the publisher and the Distributor
and has SERver2 as subcriber.

Replication type is transactionnel.

Are modifications allowed on SERVER2 , and are this updates replicate to SERVER1 .
