Data store not available. Error code: 1612

Recently the data store was moved from one server to another. The move went ok. Today powered off the old data store server and later on when was on CMC console when I clicked on servers the message "Data store not available. Error code: 1612". I then queryed the farm and it said that the new server was the new data store so why was this error message appearing when the data store was available? Any help be much appreciated thanks.

Hi!

I had the same problem and solved it with recreating the LHC on all machines (including datastore machine).

Use the dsmaint command with proper parameters to recreate the LHC.
