Hi,
There is an exchange server and all of the users are using Outlook 2000.
If I will install Act on some PC's, can Act see/edit or append data to the addressbook and tasks database of the exchange? So other Outlook users can use that info too.

YES- Outlook integrates very well with ACT so you can post all the activities between the two so everyone can be knowledgable of others tasks and appointments. The option to do this is under Tools in ACT you can add Outlook activities to ACT or ACT to Outlook or Both. However unless you regularly update Outlook activities(seen in ACT) will continue to appear even after they have been completed.
