I am currently having some issues with a Data Script I have in place for one of my departments.
When reporting on this Data Script, 18% of the time they are getting an "Other/Mispeg" showing up in the reports.
I have already verified that these agents are setup correctly, and that they are entering the wrapup/data script codes properly, but still having no luck. I have also sat with the agents directly to ensure that they are entering the codes properly as well.
Could anyone provide me any info as to why this might happen?
