My company has a BCM 5200 and we need to retrieve raw data from the system. We have RCC installed, but the canned crystal reports summaries don't give enough information. We have also tried the Call Detail Reporting via ftp. This was almost good enough, but all of the call data it provides is indexed by extension. We need the data indexed by AgentID, as our operators share stations, so this won't work. I also need the data to be in a text format that can be read by our legacy system so that we can import the data into our legacy reporting system. Can anyone suggest how we might get this information? I'm not opposed to using third party reporting software if necessary, I just don't know which one to use. Any help will be appreciated!
