I have a situation wherein my data is stored in a table in the following format...

SOC PT Drug Method Count Date
--------------------------------------------
SOC1 PT1 Drug1 AE 7 01/01/2003
SOC1 PT1 Drug1 Syndrome 6 29/02/2003
SOC1 PT1 Drug1 PRR 4 01/01/2002

SOC1 PT1 Drug2 AE 6 01/01/2003
SOC1 PT1 Drug2 Syndrome 4 29/02/2003
SOC1 PT1 Drug2 PRR 3 01/01/2002

I want a report which will show the above details in the following format

SOC PT Drug AE Syndrome PRR
----------------------------------------------------
SOC1 PT1 Drug1 7 6 4
01/01/2003 29/02/2003 01/01/2002

SOC1 PT1 Drug2 6 4 3
01/01/2003 29/02/2003 01/01/2002

rubysaha,
If there's not 1000's of lines of data and you can live with the date being above the count figures, a cross-tab report may be what you want.
Try it with Rows being (in order): Soc, Pt, Drug
Columns being Method & Date
Cells: Count.

Otherwise, grouping with data in footers may get you the format you seek
