My report is supposed to be 3 pages long. After the 3rd page though, everything repeats (except the heading which is set for only the first page) so my report ends up being 6 pages long. It is the exact information that is repeating, so pages 1 & 4 are the same and so on. I don't know how to fix it. Please help.

data repeats in report

Check your group by field and possibly narrow it down further. It sounds as if you have the field you're grouping by has two values, and your data is beinf listed once for the first value and again for the second value.
Also, As Jebry suggested, look at the query or SQL statement. Eliminate any unused fields. Tyrone Lumley
