What is data repair? who is doing this task?

because our customers more often getting this lousy dayend processing error for umpteen times. so i want to know how to do this data repair? by the way we have FIX IT tool as well.

let me know apart from Rvspy tool

does data repair. You Dbdump the data, send it to them, pay them some money, and they send it back.

FWIW, my customers never get this error.

Same here, it's normally bad hardware or bad OS installs that cause the data corruptions. Also check your MS SQL DLL versions on the workstations.

Make sure they're the same on all PCs, and are one of these:

SQL Server: 2000.85.1132.00
SQL Native Client: 2005.90.3042.00
SQL Native Client 10.0: 2007.100.1600.22
