Had anyone used any Data Recovery services before. I've got a Maxtor drive with the heads crashing. I've done everything to get it up from putting it in other machines slaved and cable select, freezed it, turned it on it's side etc.. The drive just clicks on power up. I've stopped messing with it so that the heads don't ruin the media. I've have a few price quotes from some companies but I'm not sure who to go with. Has anyone used one before and who did you use and where they successful? I know it's pricey but to this customer, price doesn't matter.

I've had a customer use Cherry Systems in Atlanta. Good service but pricy, except the customer stiffed them so it wasn't too bad. But the customer stiffed me too.
You could do a google search for recover companies. Ed Fair
