Data Recovery from .CHK files.

HI

I have a .chk file which is 194MB big.
I do not know what it is but feel It is some
important info. How do I recover data from it?

u can open the files with notepad or a wordprocessor. it will all be jumbled though and scrambled because it's all the lost data just chucked into a few files. there'll be chunks of text and stuff which u've worked on and other things which u'll hv no clue. see wat u can find and just copy them back to somewhere. otherwise if its all trash n no use to u just delete it
