Data record disappear ADP

This is very starange.

There is form users can create new record such customer information.
Users created new record and some user record they created
disappeared. we use about 10 users using adp but 4 of those 10 people have that problem.
All users use access 2003 sp2.
On the form there is two subform used and bounding data entry.
Does anybody had similar issue?

Look at locking hints in SQL BOL. You are experiencing concurrency issues that can be resolved by adding code to the stored procedures, or maybe have a look at transactions in Access help.
