Does anyone know of a good data quality product. We use GoldBox, but someone had mentioned software from Dataflux.

Thanks

Products that will help us dedupe and standardize our data for reports.

GoldBox is going to be the most comprehensive

The learning curve rivals 'The NASA Do It Yourself Guide to Space Shuttle Repair'.

I have never heard of anything from Dataflux. I used to make these GM Add-ons myself but LaDara Enterprises bought my software. You can contact them through . He should be able to get you what you need.

The dataflux product was called the dftoolkit, I think, and it was for Goldmine. I can't seem to find it now.

Thanks

Inaport from and Beyond Gold from are also good tools to have in your tool kit. Coupled with GoldBox, a good working knowledge of GoldMine's databases (documented pretty well in DJ Hunt's book, see his website for details) and you ought to be able to accomplish what you need. Of course, if you're on an SQL back-end, you have a whole 'nother option there as well. There is a pretty full-fledged API for GoldMine that comes in various forms...

Lastly, CleanCRM is worth mentioning, though I'm not sure how much they've worked with GoldMine from a de-dupe perspective. I have worked with them on a previous project that involved GoldMine data migration and they were great.
