I have a report that is located on a network drive. When I run this report on one computer, it retrieves all the data as it should and produces accurate results. When I click on "Browse Data" the information listed is correct, in this case times that a transaction took place.

On another computer, the data is incorrect. There's only one time available in "Browse Data" (midnight) so the report shows all the data as being zero because the times apparently aren't being pulled in as they should.

My main question is how is this possible? It's the exact same report accessed using different computers. Everything else works fine from this particular database. Every other field includes the correct information on both systems.

What could be the problem?

Do the users all have Crystal, or are you opening this from another means?

The obvious things to check are whether you're pointing at the same data source, and permissions on the database.

Otherwise, supply some info such as the database, how it's accessed, version of Crystal.
