Hi All

I have a spreadsheet that gives data on several different products, and displays a simple line chart. Currently I have a different worksheet/chart for each different product; however, I would like to set up one chart with a user interface (checkboxes?) that allows a user to select which products he/she wants to see on the graph, with new products being added as their box is checked, taken away as a box is unchecked. I seemed to think I could do this in VB; any ideas?

Thanks,

matt

Hi,

In Excel you make sure that Tools/Options/Chart - Active Chart -- Check plot visible cells only.

Then manipulate the data using, for instance, AutoFilter to select the desired Product Line in accordance with check boxes checked.
