I have become somewhat rusty in my use of 'C' not having used it regularly for quite a few years. What I am after is how to get started using 'C', running under SuSe Linux, to access the internet and download data. There is no need to log in to the URL and the data is in spreadsheet format. I have done something similar under Windows using .iqy files which load the data direct into a spreadsheet but I now need a CSV file directly on the Linux box.

Many thanks,
