Data not showing in published report

We just did an upgrade from CE 9 to CE 10. It was a smooth one. All the reports are working except 2 of them.

One has 5 sub reports. I did verify database and published again. It doesn’t work properly.( Not displaying some values in subreport) It works well when run separately through Crystal Reports.

The other one is a straight forward report and have a few values displayed via formulas. The formula fields are not displayed.

What should I do to trouble shoot ?
