Data Model Templates??

Aloha -

I am looking for examples, URLs, shareware or freeware
of data models commonly used in the work place. Examples
would be an employee tracking database, PO tracker, a
Bug DB, request trackers, etc...

I'm hoping to avoid re-inventing the wheel where these
commonly used business applications are concerned. Does
anyone have any suggestions on where to look for generic
models to be customized to your specific site?
