Data migrator not retaining MSG files 1

Hi,
I am trying to migrate a folder from our file server, using Data Migrator, which contains a number of .msg files. The job runs fine and all the files are stubbed but then they reappear within a few minutes. The messages have all been deleted from email accounts and are not being opened by the users. I have raised this with CV but am in the middle of the log dance as I don't think they have any ideas.

Check Anti Virus settings.

I had a previous problem but, with DMFS in that whenever you entered a directory that had been migrated, all the migrated files were recalled...there are certain settings you need to set within your AV (applies to all HSM products, not just CV).
