Data Migration Log source disk info?

Havn't found anything on this in the documentation so am looking for some confirmation if possible. In the job logs on our Data Migration logs each session has the source shown as C:. However, the actual data is being copied from a different device. As the job detail log shows. Here is a sample of what is shown in the Source Targets:

C$\BACK01_O_DD;53326;1;BACK01_O;5;0\BACK01_O_DD;1277681376;13199;131200;3470;180405

Now I am thinking that the reason why the log shows the C: drive is because of the C$ that begins the source line. Even though this is not the actual device that is being migrated. Does this seem correct? TIA
