Data migration from ACR15.1 (linux/postgres) to ACRA15.2(windows/SQL DB)

Hi ,

How can i migrate the existing data from ACR15.1 postgres database and the recording files to ACRA15.2 sql db ? appreciate the help getting the steps for the data migration.
