Data Merging in InDesign

Does anyone know about data merging in InDesign? I have to create 200 documents—all on the same template with varying fields of copy and imagery. I have created it (one version) in InDesign and I would like to keep the integrity of the design while merging data. I am trying to find the most efficient way to do this. Any ideas?
